The company holds a state-issued Drug Manufacturing License, GMP certification, and a World Health Organization (WHO) Supplier Certificate, and has passed U.S. FDA certification, European CE certification, and social responsibility audits in Europe and the United States. Additionally, Dingtai is a National High-Tech Enterprise and operates a provincial-level research and development center for transdermal formulations. Founded in 1970, Dingtai underwent a comprehensive restructuring in 2001 to become a privately-owned joint-stock enterprise. In 2003, the company constructed a new 60,000-square-meter factory in accordance with GMP standards, and in 2015, it completed its shareholding restructuring and listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ). Subsequently, Dingtai Pharmaceutical actively pursued external investments and expansion, thereby establishing a relatively comprehensive industrial chain in the health sector. To date, the product portfolio of Dingtai Pharmaceutical and its affiliated companies spans active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), Western medicines, proprietary Chinese medicines, and medical devices, and has expanded into food, cosmetics, Chinese herbal materials, and retail pharmacies. In addition to holding a Drug Manufacturing License and GMP certification, the company has obtained a Medical Device Manufacturing License, a Cosmetics Manufacturing License, a Food Production License, a Chinese Herbal Materials Trading License, and a Retail Pharmacy Operating License.
